Faith and War - introduction

Another Sunday school class, and another set of Faith and something thoughts. I guess I'm gradually working my way through the Bible with these classes, so now we reach the book of Joshua and all those famous war stories... Luckily I have a book that helps make sense of it all--Battles of the Bible, by Chaim Herzog and Mordechai Gichon. So, if you follow along for the next few days, you'll see my attempt at integrating their information into a one-hour Sunday school class for adults.
